Complete site-packages for (11) new townhomes. Build precast block retaining wall 1,200’ x 30’ high to retain 14,000 CY of compacted fill. Installation of 1,200 LF of 12” ductile iron water pipe, 1,500 LF of 8” sewer main. Prep for site lighting and utilities, grading, curbing, asphalt paving.
